ONE TO ONE CAMPAIGN MOVEMENT FOR TINUBU AND DIKKO, 2023 -2027

Dear Press and General Public

The leadership of the above named political body has  flabbergasted by some groundless 44Billion Naira financial allegation against our role model which was behind the suspension of a trustworthy leader in person of Hajia Halima Shehu Kafin Dangi, the National Coordinator NSIPA by President Bola Ahmad Tinubu GCFR.

ABOUT MRS. HALIMA SHEHU KAFINDANGI

It's a crystal clear that Mrs. Kafindangi hails from Katsina State and serves in various financial institutions  ranging from the then InterCity Bank PLC, Unity Bank PLC and Access Bank PLC.

Furthermore, Mrs. Halima Shehu is a well trained professional in 

financial transactions as she had worked as the head of several banking units, including the cash, funds transfer, clearing, reconciliation, operations and coordination units; across all the three banks and left with ZERO record of corruption throughout her banking career.

Progressively, Mrs. Halima Shehu Kafindangi in her magnanimity and foresight took part into politics in 2010 and was first appointed as a Senior Special Assistant to the former governor of Katsina State, Ibrahim Shema in 2011. She had also served actively as a member of the Katsina State Internal Revenue Board with all her job records cleaned and recommended.

Additionally, due to her trustworthiness and dedication in her previous services; In 2016, she was appointed by the Economic Community of West African Countries where she temporarily worked as a presidential election observer in Cape Verde.

Certainly, the focused and principled leader (Mrs.Halima Shehu) had worked at the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, from 2017 to 2022 and completed her assignments with zero allegation of any form of financial misconduct.

Consequentially, she also worked as the National Coordinator, Conditional Cash Transfer Programme in the ministry, where she had used her banking and career expertise by way of making the programme beneficial to almost 2 million Nigerian households(over 10.2millon people) across the 36 states including the Federal Capital Territory and also in 613 Local Governmens in Nigeria.

Moreover, during her coordination in the ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Mrs Halima Shehu fully digitized the Programme by phasing out physical cash payments and opening 2 million accounts for the beneficiaries across Commercial, Micro-Finance Banks and Payment Service Providers PSPs, Distributing Debit Cards and taking the beneficiaries through Financial Literacy Training in their Local language(s). This drastically takled all forms of corruption, strengthened the accountability and transparency process of the program and made it the biggest Financial Inclusion Program not only in Nigeria but in West Africa at large. 

Kudos to the Honest and  Transparent Coordinator !!!

Kudos to President Bola Tinubu for appointing such an Innovative and a Vibrant Coordinator of NSIPA in person of Mrs. Halima Shehu!!!

WHAT WE OBSERVE:

The leadership of this political Organisation have made the following observations:

1. Mrs. Shehu was under serious pressure of 'sabotage' by her superior minister for gender rivalry and her competency especially due to the fact that she (Mrs. Halima Shehu) was not the rightful and proposed candidate of the minister.

 2. Mrs. Halima Shehu's dedication and commitment  couple with clear mindset of transparently discharging her duties as the Coordinator NSIPA without fear or favour in a way of focusing her mind to actively serving vulnerable Nigerians and also by her boldness to deny the minister any landing space for corruption in her agency, increases more sabotage by the minister.

3. Being the minister is well-known with her many corrupt allegations since when she was the commissioner for Health in her State regarding the scandals in the supply of ventilations and constuction of false isolation centres including Kogi Air travelling fraud, the minister must had continued to fight the innocent Halima Shehu until she succumb to the minister's temptation of corruption.

4. Even as Minister, she falsely claimed to had distributed money to some vulnerable Nigerians and Mrs. Shehu had exposed the truth. This also triggers the hatred.

5. The Minister was aslo envy about the proposed legislative plan to move the NSIPA from the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs to Office of The President of the Nigeria for more effectiveness and efficient service delivery in the Agency. This also accelerates the fight.

OUR PRAYERS:

1. That as the investigation is underway by  EFCC, we are very much sure Mrs. Halima Shehu will be exernorated from all the financial allegations as innocent Nigerian.

2. That we plea Mr. President Bola Ahmad Tinubu GCFR to kindly consider Mrs. Halima Shehu's reputable job records, experiences and achievements to kindly upgrade her appointment as substantive Minister of Humanitarian Affairs for accountability & transparency in discharge of responsibilities in the ministry.

3. That we appeal to Mr. President Bola Ahmad Tinubu to reinstate Mrs. Halima Shehu as the National Coordinator of NSIPA because Nigerians especially less privileged and vulnerable need her the most at this material time.

4. That Nigerians should be reminded that Mrs. Halima Shehu Kafindangi is a true patriotic, kindhearted,  trustworthy, magnanimous, innovative, loyal, principled and hardworking leader who makes sacrifices for the betterment of the good people of Katsina State, Northern Nigeria and Nigeria as a whole.
